Won't happen for decades. And what are we to use in the meantime? Same as we do now.

Good to see that the "home schooled" losers below are still disconnected from how anything in the world really works.

We should never have been dependent on foreign oil.

We took a back road once in Wyoming and for miles and miles there were pump jacks steadily pumping. Makes one wonder who gets that oil.

OH hell yeah, well you can imagine here, ours are pumping and the are everywhere here!
You can't turn your head in any direction without seeing a pump jack!
At our mailbox there is one about 20 feet away.
But, we could be drilling in a lot more places!

Hope soon. I don't know an alternative that will really work. I know what they say but I don't trust many in higher places. If we didn't have to pay the middle east as much as we do for their oil, terrorists would not have that funding. Of course they could probably get money elsewhere. Like drug sales.

We could have already. Oh, No wait, we aren't allowed to use what we actually have. Thanks Obama, Pelosi and Reid.

The reason it takes so long is the bureaucracy and all the wacko lawsuits and restraining orders they have to fight through just get the permit, then go through it all over again to sink a drill.

Get rid of all the silliness and and a well could have oil on the market in less than 70 days.
