RE Agents are the travel agents of 1990. When the MLS got busted open with this latest lawsuit you can bet that they will start to feel the pinch. The internet is clearly the way to go with maybe a local person that got a fixed 2500 fee or something because he can talk about the area. Plus be honest do you really think most agents know anything more about that particular property?
