Blue cheese? That glop with chunks in it?! Yuk.

Well, there are some smooth and creamy varieties, without chunks. But I prefer the typpe with chunks. I'll even add blue cheese crumbles on top, preferably the Maytag blue cheese. Most of the low-fat versions aren't very good, though. The non-fat versions are to be avoided completely.
