I don't even think China has industrial Rock bands.. though it would be interesting to see one - No one's gonna beat Manson and NIN though..

I believe that it is safe to say that they are both over.

The Chinese are experiencing a boom right now, while we, well, aren't.

However, we know what an Industrialist is, and factories, Unions, and all the trappings of an Industrialized Country are nothing new to any of us.

Since China does not have a real Union set-up, neither do they have any Labor Department that actually works for the Labor, I feel that we are better off than they are.

With their recent moves towards Marketism (a kind of Capitalism leaning more to protectionism), they could see a sort of Worker's Revolution soon.

That would be ironic, to say the least.
