Lori Drew has been found guilty and punished by a jury of her peers.

What kind of a mother does this? She is directly responsible for the teen suicide. Drew should at least be convicted of first degree manslaughter. If it wasn't for the super mom, the girl would not have killed herself. She was a child. Drew caused her death and should pay for it. Abuse of the internet.

I think she shouldn't be held responsible for the suicide. What she did was immature and odd, but it lacked both mens rea and actus reus. It would be hard to say that what she did was even negligable. A conviction in this case starts a terrible legal precedent.
